Description
In this training course, business people and interested individuals with a business background gain a better understanding of complex technical relationships in software development. Experienced trainers impart the necessary knowledge over two days through theory and practical exercises.
Process or IT knowledge is expressly not required.
The training is tailored specifically to the content of your company and uses simplified and clear examples to address the exact technologies and paradigms you use. The aim is to close the understanding gap between stakeholders and developers.
As a didactic basis, the training uses the proven concept for larger numbers of participants, which has already been carried out with almost 100 simultaneous participants and has proven its worth.
On both days, a broad understanding of common technologies is trained interactively with practical exercises for all participants. There will be breaks between topics and a relaxed Q&A session on day 1, where each participant can ask questions about the content, technology-related or more business-related topics in a discussion round.

If you are interested in in-house training, we will start by identifying your needs and discussing your objectives. This discussion forms the basis for an initial offer.
As soon as the framework data has been clarified, our trainers start adapting the training content. Many of our training courses have a modular structure and offer the opportunity to design the agenda flexibly. Training courses that prepare for certifications, on the other hand, are less flexible. Here, however, you can set the content focus according to your wishes.
